To help you choose the right size and quantity, please refer to the following common window types and matching film sizes:

Double-Hung Window (24" × 36")
For standard double-hung windows, we recommend purchasing 2 rolls of Size A (23.6" × 35.4").
This allows you to cover both the upper and lower panels separately, ensuring a clean and precise fit. -
Casement Window (35" × 78")
For tall casement windows that open outward, we recommend 2 rolls of Size B (17.32" × 78.74").
Each roll can be applied to one side of the window for full vertical coverage. -
Sliding Window (35" × 78")
Sliding windows typically consist of two horizontal panels. We suggest 2 rolls of Size B (17.32" × 78.74") to cover each panel individually while maintaining alignment and ease of installation. -
Narrow Lite Window (14" × 78")
For narrow vertical windows, only 1 roll of Size B (17.32" × 78.74") is needed.
The extra width allows for easy trimming to achieve a perfect fit.
Warm Tips:
- Always measure your glass area (not the frame) before purchasing.
- Choose a slightly larger size to allow trimming for a seamless installation.
- If your window size differs from the examples above, you can combine multiple rolls or cut the film to fit your exact dimensions.

SHIPPING POLICY
Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of US$49 or more. Retail shipping is limited to eligible street addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Products marked “Separate shipping rate” are excluded. Available shipping methods and exact charges are shown at checkout.
Most standard in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days. Custom, personalized, preorder, or other products marked with a longer processing time may require 7–10 business days. Carrier transit typically takes 3–7 business days after acceptance. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
RETURN POLICY
Eligible standard, non-custom items may be returned when requested within 14 calendar days after delivery. Contact FancyFix for approval before sending anything.
For a customer-reason return, the customer pays return shipping. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable. The actual non-refundable payment-processing fee may be deducted from the refund and will be disclosed when the return is approved. No restocking fee applies.
If the item received is confirmed to be damaged, defective, wrong, or missing because of FancyFix, the customer does not pay return shipping and no payment-processing fee is deducted.
Email marketing@fancy-fix.com with the order number, a description, and clear photos or video. Keep the item, labels, and packaging during review. Do not mail anything to a warehouse or the original shipping address without written instructions from FancyFix.
After human approval, FancyFix initiates an approved refund to the original payment method within two business days. The customer’s bank, card issuer, or PayPal determines when the funds appear.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Contact FancyFix as soon as possible. Eligible standard in-stock orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins.
