RETURN POLICY

I. Description of Return and Refund Services

We provide a return policy for our customers. If the purchased product has quality issues, customers can take relevant photos of the product and apply for a refund by sending an email to our designated email address.


II. Processing Procedures, Applicable Situations for Returns and Refunds

  1. Actions to be Taken by Customers: When finding quality issues with the product, customers need to take clear photos of the product, including but not limited to photos of damages caused during transportation, or situations where the quantity of the product shown at the time of purchase does not match the actual quantity received. And within 3 days after receiving the goods, customers should explain the reasons and apply for a refund via email.
  2. Applicable Situations for Returns and Refunds: Returns and refund applications will only be accepted when the product has quality issues. Quality issues include but are not limited to the above-mentioned transportation damages and quantity discrepancies. For situations that are not quality-related issues (such as changes in customers' personal preferences, accidental purchases, etc.), return and refund applications will not be accepted.
  3. Time Limit for Accepting Returns: We accept return and refund applications within 3 days from the date when the customer receives the goods. Applications received after this time limit will not be processed.

 

III. Refund Time

After we receive the returned product and confirm that there are no problems, the refund will be returned to the customer's original payment account within 1-3 business days.

IV. Return Mailing Address

When returning the product, please do not mail it back to the original receiving address. The return mailing address can be obtained by contacting our designated email address. We will reply with the specific return mailing address after receiving your return application email.

V. 

Returns or Exchanges for Personal Reasons

Personal reasons include (but are not limited to): dislike of the product, wrong size chosen, no longer needed, etc.

  • Return shipping fee: borne by the customer.

  • Exchange shipping fee: the customer is responsible for the shipping fee(s) involved.

We do not refund or reimburse shipping costs for returns or exchanges initiated for personal preference or non-quality reasons.
