RETURN POLICY
1. PREFACE
To return or exchange an item, please get in touch within 30 days of purchase. Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note, all discounted items are final sale.
2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS
If eligible, ship your unused item back to us at the address below. Please use the original box and packing materials. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Write the PO# from your receipt on the outside of the box for a smooth process.
Fancyfix may refuse returns that don't meet these requirements.

3. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We are currently unable to accept international returns and exchanges.
In the event that the express carrier is unable to contact the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of retaining or returning the goods.
4. REFUNDS
Refunds to Artscape will be processed within 10-15 business days of receipt. Refunds can only be made in the form used for payment.
5. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot cancel or modify the purchase.
