Bathroom Use & Water-Resistance
This product is water-resistant for ordinary indoor moisture and wipe-cleaning. Water resistance does not mean it is suitable for long-term immersion, continuous direct water spray, or installation inside a shower enclosure. For bathroom use, apply only to a smooth, clean, dry, fully cured surface; seal exposed edges and joints where appropriate, and follow the care instructions.
SHIPPING POLICY
Free standard shipping is available when an eligible order's discounted merchandise subtotal reaches US$49. Retail shipping is limited to eligible street addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Items marked “Separate shipping rate” can count toward the threshold but keep their own shipping charge. Available shipping methods and exact charges are shown at checkout.
Most standard in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days. Custom, personalized, preorder, or other products marked with a longer processing time may require 7–10 business days. Carrier transit typically takes 3–7 business days after acceptance. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
RETURN POLICY
Eligible standard, non-custom items may be returned when requested within 14 calendar days after delivery. Contact FancyFix for approval before sending anything.
For a customer-reason return, the customer pays return shipping. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable. The actual non-refundable payment-processing fee may be deducted from the refund and will be disclosed when the return is approved. No restocking fee applies.
If the item received is confirmed to be damaged, defective, wrong, or missing because of FancyFix, the customer does not pay return shipping and no payment-processing fee is deducted.
Email marketing@fancy-fix.com with the order number, a description, and clear photos or video. Keep the item, labels, and packaging during review. Do not mail anything to a warehouse or the original shipping address without written instructions from FancyFix.
After human approval, FancyFix initiates an approved refund to the original payment method within two business days. The customer’s bank, card issuer, or PayPal determines when the funds appear.
