Overview

This website, fancyfix.shop (the “Site”), is operated by Fancy Zhejiang Innovative Materials Co., Ltd., doing business as FancyFix (“FancyFix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). FancyFix provides this Site and the related content, features, products, customer-service tools, and purchasing services (collectively, the “Services”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit the Site, use the Services, submit content, communicate with us, or place an order. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated by reference below. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The policies that apply to specific parts of the Services include our:

• Shipping Policy
• Return & Refund Policy
• Privacy Policy

If a topic-specific policy conflicts with a general provision in these Terms, the topic-specific policy controls for that topic, subject to rights and obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law.

1. Online Store Terms

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Site, our products, or any part of the Services in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another person’s rights, introduces malicious code, interferes with the Site, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been used without authorization.

2. General Conditions

We may refuse or restrict access to the Services, cancel abusive or fraudulent activity, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary to protect customers, FancyFix, our service providers, or the integrity of the Site. We will not exercise these rights in a way that overrides non-waivable rights under applicable law.

You may not reproduce, resell, exploit, or commercially use any portion of the Services without our written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Headings are provided only for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

3. Information on the Site

We work to keep product descriptions, images, policies, prices, availability, and other information accurate and current. However, screen settings, lighting, viewing conditions, materials, and reasonable production variation can affect how a product appears. Historical or general educational content may not describe the current version of a product.

Do not rely on general Site content as a substitute for the verified specifications and instructions for the particular product you are purchasing or installing. Prices, inventory, order status, payment status, and fulfillment status are determined by the current records in our Shopify store and applicable service-provider systems.

Nothing in this section allows us to disregard a verified product specification, an accepted order, an approved refund, or an obligation that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

4. Changes to the Services and Prices

We may update product offerings, prices, features, and Site content from time to time. We may also suspend or discontinue a product or part of the Services. Changes do not retroactively alter an order already completed or remove rights and obligations that arose before the change.

5. Products and Availability

Some products are available only online, may be produced or prepared after purchase, or may have limited quantities. We may limit sales by customer, household, order, region, or other reasonable criteria, and we may discontinue a product at any time where permitted by law.

Product-specific installation method, measurements, surface compatibility, privacy effect, removability, care, processing time, shipping treatment, and warranty terms apply only when expressly stated on the applicable product page or in verified instructions. Statements made for one product or category do not automatically apply to every FancyFix product.

Product returns, refunds, and issue reporting are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Orders, Billing, and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and account information. You are responsible for reviewing product choices, quantities, measurements, personalization details, and delivery information before submitting an order.

We may review, limit, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, delivery limitations, unauthorized resale activity, or unusually high quantities. If we change or cancel an order, we may contact you using the email address, phone number, billing address, or other information provided with the order.

If FancyFix cancels an order because an item is unavailable or for another reason within our control, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Other cancellations are governed by the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amounts displayed at checkout, including the product price, shipping charges, taxes, and any other clearly disclosed amount. Payment processing is also subject to the payment provider’s terms.

7. Shipping, Addresses, and Tracking

Our current service area, processing times, carrier estimates, tracking process, split-shipment treatment, address requirements, and shipping charges are stated in the Shipping Policy. Product pages and checkout may identify an item-specific processing time or separate shipping rate.

FancyFix currently requires a complete, carrier-serviceable street address and does not accept PO Boxes. If an address is incomplete, cannot be validated, or is not serviceable, the order may be placed on hold while we contact the customer. The approved two-contact process and any address-related cancellation fee apply only as described in the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Tracking dates and delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guarantees. Label creation does not mean that a carrier has physically received a package. Customers may use the tracking link in the shipping confirmation, the secure Shopify order-status page, or the carrier’s website to view available updates.

8. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Product Issues

Cancellation eligibility, customer-reason return restrictions, issue-reporting windows, evidence requirements, refund scope, and refund timing are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.

In summary, FancyFix does not accept returns or provide refunds solely because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size or quantity, prefers a different appearance, or no longer needs the product. FancyFix remains responsible for confirmed manufacturing defects, transit damage, incorrect or missing items, and other confirmed fulfillment errors as described in that policy. These rules do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Do not send a product to the address on a parcel or to any other address unless FancyFix provides written instructions for the specific case. Our fulfillment locations do not accept ordinary customer returns or place returned products back into inventory.

9. Custom Design Services and Customized Products

If you supply production-ready artwork that does not require design work, no design service fee applies. When FancyFix design work is requested, the applicable design service and price must be disclosed and accepted before work begins. Under the currently approved trial structure:

• Existing Design Adjustment: US$29, including the initial proof and one revision;
• Original Custom Design: US$59, including one design direction and two revisions;
• Additional revisions: US$15 per round, with approval required before the additional work begins.

A design service fee becomes non-refundable after our designer begins the work. If you approve and purchase the related customized product, the full design fee is credited toward that product order. If the artwork is not finalized or you decide not to proceed, FancyFix retains the design fee for the work performed.

After you provide written approval of the final artwork, measurements, quantity, and orientation, the customized item enters production and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind, customer-supplied measurement errors, or another customer reason. FancyFix remains responsible for confirmed damage, defects, incorrect fulfillment, or a product that is materially different from the approved artwork or specifications.

10. Optional and Third-Party Tools

The Services may provide access to tools, integrations, or features supplied by third parties. We do not control every third-party tool and do not guarantee that it will always be available or suitable for every purpose. Your use of a third-party tool may be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Where permitted by law, you use optional third-party tools at your discretion. This provision does not remove FancyFix’s responsibility for its own obligations or for rights that cannot be excluded.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. A link does not necessarily mean that FancyFix endorses or controls the third party. Review the third party’s terms, privacy practices, product information, and charges before completing a transaction or providing information.

Questions about a third party’s independent product or service should be directed to that provider. Questions about a FancyFix order should be sent to FancyFix customer support.

12. Reviews, Feedback, and Customer Materials

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights needed for FancyFix to use it for the purpose for which it was submitted.

When you voluntarily submit a product review, you grant FancyFix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that review on our review pages and the relevant product pages. You represent that you have the right to submit the review and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, or unrelated to the product or service being reviewed.

Photos, videos, packaging images, labels, descriptions, emails, and Chatty messages submitted for customer support may be used to investigate the case, evaluate product or fulfillment quality, process a refund, maintain service records, and improve our products or internal processes. They are not automatically licensed for advertising, social-media promotion, or marketing emails. We will obtain separate, explicit permission before using identifiable customer materials outside their original context for those marketing purposes.

General suggestions and product feedback may be considered for internal improvement without transferring ownership of the customer’s content and without automatically making the customer’s identity or materials public.

13. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, product presentations, software, and other content are owned by FancyFix or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for normal personal use of the Site, you may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected content without authorization from the applicable rights holder.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of FancyFix intellectual property to you or transfers ownership of your submitted content to FancyFix.

14. Personal Information

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information will be processed as described in that policy.

15. Errors and Corrections

The Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate availability, incorrect pricing, or other omissions. We may correct the information, update the Site, or take reasonable action regarding an affected order. When an order is affected, we will communicate the available resolution and comply with our published policies and applicable law.

This section does not allow us to treat an approved refund as completed before the payment system confirms it or to avoid a full refund when FancyFix cancels for a reason within our control.

16. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Site or Services to:

• engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or infringing conduct;
• violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other legal rights;
• submit materially false or misleading information;
• distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
• spam, phish, scrape, crawl, probe, or collect information through unauthorized means;
• interfere with security, authentication, Site operation, another customer’s use of the Services, or a connected network; or
• help another person carry out any prohibited activity.

We may suspend or terminate access associated with prohibited activity and may preserve or disclose relevant information when required or permitted by law.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for an express written commitment in an applicable product page or policy, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every Site feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or that general Site information will be suitable for every individual project.

FancyFix does not offer a storewide written warranty term unless a specific product page expressly states one. A product-specific written warranty applies only according to its stated duration, coverage, exclusions, remedy, and responsible party.

Nothing in these Terms excludes the quality and fulfillment responsibilities stated in our Return & Refund Policy, an express product-specific warranty, or any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FancyFix and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or Services when such losses were not reasonably foreseeable or cannot legally be attributed to FancyFix.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, a confirmed obligation under our published policies, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where a limitation is not allowed, liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse FancyFix for reasonable losses, liabilities, and costs arising directly from your material breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Services, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not require you to indemnify FancyFix for FancyFix’s own negligence, willful misconduct, breach, or other responsibility that cannot legally be shifted to you.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

21. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe a user has materially breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or prohibited activity, or created a security or legal risk.

Termination does not cancel obligations or rights that arose before termination, including payment obligations, order fulfillment, approved refunds, privacy requests, intellectual-property rights, and provisions that by their nature should survive.

22. Entire Agreement and No Waiver

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement between you and FancyFix concerning the Services and replace earlier versions relating to the same subject. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.

23. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are interpreted under the law that applies to the particular transaction, customer, and circumstances. We do not use these Terms to require a customer to waive protections that cannot legally be waived or to impose an unapproved exclusive court, forum, or arbitration requirement.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies available under mandatory consumer-protection law.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our Services, practices, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects customer rights or requires additional notice, we will provide that notice as required by applicable law.

Changes do not retroactively remove rights or obligations that arose before the revised Terms took effect.
